Love the humans and food here, wasnt in Medford long but while I was here I enjoyed Medfords Co-Op. Owned by the community and strives to provide fresh foods, if youre looking for something healthy their produce is amazing and they've got really good smoothies too next door at the Cafe

This review is regarding an encounter with an individual staff member today, not the store which is a gift to the community and the other staff that work there providing us with the Coop, thank you. Today we called to inquire about product availability. The woman who answered [around 520-30pm] was dishonorable, out of line and obnoxious. We inquired if the store had a product in stock and she said no it is not something that is delivered there. Knowing that is not true I told her the company said they do deliver there and she became indignant and obnoxious. She also expressed impatience and annoyance. I don't have the answer to our question, and the purpose and goal of the Coop is not being met with people like that.

The Medford Food Co-Op Restaurant (*Rest Aura*) is one of mine and my families new faves. The Menu is FULL of vegan, vegetarian and meat lovers culinary delights. Their prices are reasonable for local, organic food (let's be in reality here -- most 'healthy' nutrition in the United States can be $pendy). We ordered the "Chickadilla" and it came with in-house made salsa and lovely smiles. Along with the food being local and very good (I will borrow from their slogan), they also have local artists display their art/paintings on the walls. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed the stew. They have options for vegetarians and vegans as well if you're into that sort of thing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the cost. Lunch added up very quickly. But the food was very good.
